The eastern bloc doesn't exist...right?

Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, all former USSR states, are members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, what's so wierd about this? They are building a standing army, they're dubbing it a "rapid-reaction force."

What's this force supposed to do, "the force will be used to fight military aggressors."
Sweet, so Russia is back to it's old ways, slowing forming pacts with similar states, soon they'll go ahead get married, form a new bloc country, and slowly start encroaching on Europe, little by little. At the same time the President of Kyrgyzstan announced that he would be kicking the US out of his country, currently the country houses an airbase that provides about 1/2 of the air support that Afghanistan recieves, this is especially bad if we continue with the plan to inject 30,000 new troops into the area.
